If you have done any sort of DIY editing such as colour correction, exposure compensation contrast adjustment etc. with one of the many different photo-editing packages available..... Well done !!
However, I would suggest, if possible, that you bring in your corrected version and the untouched original.
This is because most of these programs, including Photoshop usually use a destructive process. This means that each and every adjustment irretrievably dumps image information. This process is cumulative and can often result in a degraded image particularly if it is "tweaked" repeatedly.
If you bring in both versions I can work on the original and may be able to achieve the same "look" but without the degradation, which will produce a better finished result for you..... and at no extra charge !
I will do everything I reasonably can to produce the best possible image for you at no extra charge.
Since I do everything here in my gallery you have the opportunity to observe and interact with the process "Yes, luv it" " yuck, looks awful, don't bother" ..... You can be part of this process. This is my USP ( "unique selling point") in corporate speak.
In my experience people are often unsure how to put their vision into words but are usually able to make decisions quite easily when offered different versions of an image side by side.
Bring your favorite photo along and try it out!If coming into Reading is a bit of a drag I can email you edited versions for approval, prior to printing.
If you require something that is going to require a significant amount of computer time I will give you a price based on £30.00/hr.
